Tracy Onley is the founder and principal mediator of Onley Mediation, where she helps individuals and families navigate difficult conversations and resolve conflict in a constructive and respectful way. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people are given the opportunity to be heard and understood, meaningful resolution becomes possible.
With more than 15 years of experience as a personal life coach, Tracy brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to mediation. She completed her coaching training through Erickson Coaching International, studied Christian Ministry at CBT Seminary and College, and holds a Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Mount Royal University.
Tracy is committed to serving her community and volunteers as a mediator with the Community Mediation Society of Calgary (CMCS). She is also a member in good standing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA), the Alberta Family Mediation Society (AFMS), and Family Mediation Canada (FMC).
Tracy is passionate about helping people strengthen their communication skills, work through difficult situations, and move forward with clarity and dignity. Her goal is to create a calm and supportive environment where individuals can feel heard, find resolution, and reach practical agreements without the financial and emotional strain of prolonged legal conflict.
Outside of her professional work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband Gord and their family. She is an avid football and soccer fan, enjoys music and hosting gatherings with friends and family
