About Tracy

Tracy Onley is founder and principal of Onley Mediation.

Tracy began Onley Mediation as a response to witnessing the stress that conflict brings to friends, family, and coworkers in every area of life. When differing opinions and miscommunication become the focus, damage often happens within relationships – on both practical and emotional levels.

Tracy studied the Art and Science of Coaching through Erickson College and has been a practicing Personal Life Coach for over 15 years. Tracy holds a degree in Christian Ministry from CBT Seminary and College, and a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Mount Royal University. Tracy is a volunteer Mediator with the Community Mediation Society of Calgary (CMCS) in addition to being a member in good standing with Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA), Alberta Family Mediation Society (AFMS), and Family Mediation Canada (FMC).

Tracy is passionate about empowering people to increase their communication skills and break free from the negative feelings conflict can bring. As a Christian, she values intentional relationships that are founded on good communication, a willingness to understand, and a desire to live in peace and unity with each other. Her passion is to help people feel seen and heard, find some closure, and move on with their lives without having to incur legal costs.

Tracy likes to watch football (Dallas Cowboys fan) and soccer (Tottenham Hotspur FC fan) with her husband Gord (Buffalo Bills and Liverpool FC fan). Her favourite thing to do is watch her sons play the sports they love, and is often found connecting with friends and family over a meal, coffee/tea, or board games. Tracy loves to host game nights and potlucks, play the piano and sing, and mentor young adults at her church, Centre Street.

We would love to connect with you!
